We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong foundation in financial literacy and a proven track record in managing credit card integration projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage diverse teams effectively, and a knack for navigating complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage end-to-end credit card integration projects, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless integration.
· Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
· Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
· Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
· Oversee project documentation, including scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
· Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
· Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
· Manage and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on financial systems or credit card integrations.
· Strong financial literacy and understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and industry best practices.
· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
· Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management abilities.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex projects.
· PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
